Our Services
Amini Health Care Services
Amini Care Services aims to support young people in a person-centred approach, to create a care and support plan that suits their individual needs. This in turn ensures that young people and supported to build on their strengths and be provided support that promotes their independence and brings out their unique qualities. We offer supported accommodation and outreach support to young people within Greater London.
Our support network is centred around their health, social and education. Our support workers are trained to work with young people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Issues, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Behaviour that Challenge. We work with other professionals to ensure that young people are safe and receive seamless support to ensure that they thrive.
As Social Work England registered social workers, we also provide support to local authorities to carry out Care Act 2014 assessments, National Health Continuing Healthcare assessment (Decision support Tool) and reviews, annual reviews, placement reviews and out of borough reviews. This service is available from registered social workers and CHC nurses.
